Description

The PREMIUM flap wheels with threaded shaft made of corundum are ideal for robot-guided applications or in machining lines with high production rates. Continuous wear of the coated abrasive, as well as the constant exposure of new abrasive grit is ensured, due to the radial arrangement of the flaps. As a result, a consistently improved grinding performance is achieved. The high flexibility of the flaps ensures excellent adaptability to irregular profiles and, due to constant ventilation during the machining process, the working surface is only moderately heated. The product is characterised by the ability to be quickly exchanged, which facilitates the substitution of different grit sizes on the same tool. This is done by loosening the wheel manually.
