Type 1 resin bonded aluminum oxide reinforced snagging wheels are engineered for the toughest foundry and primary metal grinding operations. Recommendations

Operate only on properly guarded swing frame or floor stand machines designed for reinforced wheels.
Always check wheel integrity before mounting; do not use wheels with cracks or damage.

Ensure workpieces are securely clamped to prevent vibration and uncontrolled movement.
Never exceed the wheel’s maximum operating speed (RPM) as marked on the wheel and avoid side grinding.
