Dust extractor VCE7590DP

The VCE7590DP is our largest and most efficient dust extractor with high filter capacity and a built-in, patented pre-separator that separates up to 90% of concrete dust. This reduces the need for filter cleaning and provides longer operating time without additional equipment. The machine has a filter area of 4.2 m² with 32 Teflon-coated sock filters and two HEPA 14 that capture 99.995% of the smallest and most dangerous particles, even at high air flow rates. The VCE7590DP is frequency controlled, so performance and speed can be adjusted to suit the application area. The high filter capacity and air flow allow multiple machines can be connected at the same time. It is built for ergonomics, serviceability and easy handling with raise and lower cyclone, large wheels and easily accessible parts. Filter guard, Jet-Pulse and Longopac ensure simple, safe and dust-free operation. The steel construction provides 95% recyclability and a long tool life.
