Description

MIRA ICE was specially developed for the continuous generating grinding of gears. With a new development approach, previously unrivalled results can be achieved in terms of economic efficiency and cool grinding. Grinding times can be reduced by up to 50% thanks to greatly increased stock removal rates and the reduction of rough grinding passes. In addition, an absolutely homogeneous grinding wheel structure guarantees consistently high gear qualities. Reduced shift paths and increased dressing cycles can expand tool life per wheel by up to 100%. Pre-profiling for high and special gears is specially adapted to customer requirements.
