PREMIUM ZA-P48 PE X Y Quick-Change discs

The PREMIUM Quick-Change discs made of zirconium high performance material with quick clamping system offer increased stock removal rates in applications with high grinding pressure. By using an additional coating, the stock removal process is supported without heating the processed surface and preventing clogging of the wheel. This makes the product perfectly suited for processing stainless steel, as the additional layer has a cooling effect and thus prevents discolorations on the workpiece. Zirconium is characterised by high viscosity, which leads to a clearly improved resistivity of the discs. Through the strong adhesion and the high-quality abrasive grain, an excellent lifetime of the product is guaranteed. The Quick-Change discs are available in two different mounting options, in order to cover various tool types.
