Artificial hip joint implants require a surface finish of Ra <0.005µm. This is generated with Tyrolit pre-polishing sleeves from Radiac.

Diameter

Hypodermic needles for insulin pens have a diameter of 0.23 mm. The tip is grinded burr-free with our grinding wheels.
