Description

The soft elastic specification of this wheel means it perfectly follows the contours of the workpiece and does not alter the surface geometry. It can be used for polishing, fine grinding, effect grinding, deburring, matting and whetting. However, it is not suitable for large burrs or high stock removal rates.

Universal use:
The bond systems of soft to hard elastic can be used on a variety of materials.
Easy profiling:
The dressing sticks with vitrified bond provide for particularly easy profiling. These also form part of our assortment.
For straight and shallow profiles:
Profiling is also possible with diamond dressing plates and multi-grain dressers

For polishing, fine grinding, effect grinding, deburring, matting and trueing on steel, HSS, stainless steel, tungsten carbide and cast iron
