GENIS 2 LW

With the GENIS 2 LW product line, Tyrolit is a pioneer and technology leader in the field of lightweight vitrified bonded grinding tools. The weight of the wheels can be significantly reduced (by up to 50%) through targeted material reduction. The stock removal on the core is not arbitrary, but is determined by a numerical FEM analysis (finite element method). This means that deformations and possible performance losses can be ruled out. The use of the lightweight GENIS 2 LW variant reduces maintenance intervals on grinding machines and makes handling considerably easier for production employees.
