GENIS 2 N-LW

Due to the extremely low density of the patented core material of the GENIS 2 N-LW, significant weight savings can be realised. The grinding wheels are lighter and, above all, more cost-effective than comparable tools with a CFRP core and can be released for wheel peripheral speeds of up to 140 m/s. The material has excellent damping behaviour and is designed with a high-precision steel support in the bore area. This means that GENIS 2 N-LW cores can be reused several times and utilised in production. Additionally, the lower weight makes them much easier to handle in production, reduces set-up costs and increases the lifetime of the grinding spindle.
